Greetings!
I’m an Applied Behavior Analyst and the founder of BWB – Bottle Without Battle—a program I created to help breastfeeding moms gain the freedom to choose: when to breastfeed and when to offer a bottle, without feeling they have to give up either one.
Through this gentle and respectful approach, I’ve supported hundreds of mothers and guided and trained an incredible team of skilled, compassionate lactation consultants and breastfeeding educators. Together, we help babies fall in love with the bottle—transforming bottle refusal into a truly joyful journey.
My background combines science and caregiving. I hold certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Doula studies, a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics, and a post-graduate degree in Biology.
Most importantly, I’m a proud mom of four wonderful teenagers. I loved breastfeeding them, and I cherished watching each one discover the joy of eating and drinking in their own unique way (though it feels like just yesterday!). And I’m the partner of my beloved Ariel.
Hello!
I’m the lead presenter of the BWB (Bottle Without Battle) program.
I’m a proud mama of two sweet girls—my heart doubled in size with the arrival of our newborn. Breastfeeding has always been a central part of my motherhood. I joined BWB to support breastfeeding moms like myself—so that together we can introduce the bottle with less struggle and more awareness, tuning into our babies’ emotional needs while also honoring our own.
For years, I produced spiritual festivals centered on awareness and inner connection. My journey took a heartfelt turn when I became a mother. That’s when my involvement with BWB began—born from the realization that my work in the spiritual world could naturally flow into parenting support. I’ve experienced firsthand how deeply parenting is intertwined with my passion for conscious living.
With a background in marketing and communications, my mission is to make the knowledge of BWB accessible to every mom who needs it—turning despair into relief, and struggle into a smile.
