What Moms Are Saying About BWB:
"I joined the 14-Day Bottle Program at the edge of despair. I had tried everything for over a month and a half – with no success. I started the course a bit skeptical (I mean, what could possibly be new that I hadn’t already tried?!), but I saw results quickly! Within a week and a half, my amazing baby – who used to cry at the sight of a bottle – started drinking from one! The simple step by step approach gave me tons of motivation. The course is gradual, easy to follow, and so encouraging!"
"The ‘14 Days to a Bottle’ program gave me more information than I ever expected. Sensitivity and patience truly make all the difference – trust the process."
"I liked that there were tips and creative ideas on how to make the bottle transition interesting. The instructions were pleasant, and the videos were easy to follow and informative. The program offered options for both younger and older babies, so I could choose the technique that fit my baby's age perfectly. I wanted to continue breastfeeding, and I got to do so thanks to this approach."
"This program was a total game-changer for us. Before starting, I was dreading every bottle feeding – but now my baby takes it calmly and happily! It wasn’t just about the bottle – it gave me confidence as a mom. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend it to every parent trying to overcome bottle refusal. Thank you for this gift!
״The course was incredible! I learned so much—not just the "bottle without battle" method, but also so much more information beyond that. It really supported me with pumping milk and introducing solid foods. The course is super professional and Keren’s videos are clear and easy to follow. Best of all, the method is gentle and enjoyable for the baby—everything is done with a smile and a sense of ease.
Frequently asked questions:
The program includes 14 days of focused bottle-feeding training for babies who refuse the bottle. In practice, every baby is different, so the timeline can vary quite a bit. Some babies happily take the bottle within just 8 days of training, others may take the full 14 days, and in some cases, it can take a month or even longer. We also teach alternative feeding methods, so even if your baby needs more time, you’ll have a solution for going out — and you won’t feel stuck.
Some babies are naturally calm and open, so adding a bottle is quick. Others may be more sensitive or unsettled, which can cause setbacks and extend the process.
But no matter how long it takes, we’re with you every step of the way. Our shared goal is to help your baby feed calmly, quickly, and without struggle—so you can return to work or enjoy some peace of mind knowing your baby is nourished and content.
Great question! While this isn’t a sleep program, many parents find that once feeding becomes calm and consistent sleep often improves as a natural result. That said, the focus of the course is on overcoming bottle refusal and making feeding a smooth, stress-free experience for both baby and parent.
If it's important to you that dad can give the bottle at night, it's essential for him to practice with the baby during the day as well, so that the baby gets used to taking the bottle from him too.
The program is designed to be efficient, with 2 focused daily sessions. The actual practice with your baby takes about 5–15 minutes, twice a day, depending on your baby’s patience.
In addition to the practice itself, there’s also time needed to watch the videos, prepare for the sessions, and get organized.
These preparations might take a bit longer during the first few days, but as you progress through the course, you'll become more efficient — with much of the setup already done from earlier days.
The key is consistency and patience.
On average, you'll need about 30 minutes, twice a day, for 14 training days — but they don't have to be consecutive.
Unlike other training programs, we offer plenty of flexibility so you can adapt the plan to your needs and real-life schedule.
For example, some parents practice more during the weekdays, while others invest more time on weekends.
If you or your baby are sick, need a break, or miss a session — that’s okay. You might extend the training by a few days, but it won’t disrupt or negatively affect the process.

Hello!
I’m the lead presenter of the BWB (Bottle Without Battle) program.
With a background in marketing and communications, I joined the BWB team to help grow BWB International and support breastfeeding moms around the world in introducing the bottle with less struggle and more awareness—tuning into the baby’s emotional needs while honoring our own.
For years, I’ve been producing spiritual festivals centered on awareness and inner connection. My journey took a heartfelt turn when I became a mother. That’s when my involvement with BWB began—born from the realization that my work in the spiritual world could naturally integrate with parenting support. I’ve experienced firsthand how deeply parenting is intertwined with my passion for conscious living.
I’m a proud mama to a sweet baby girl and currently expecting baby number two.

Nice to meet you!
I’m a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), certified lactation consultant, and a BWB team member specializing in babies who refuse to drink from a bottle.
I completed my studies in midwifery and lactation consulting before the birth of my children, driven by an intuitive connection to this field. After becoming a mom myself, I discovered just how perfect my professional choice was for me.
In addition to role in BWB, I support women during pregnancy and childbirth, lead birth preparation and breastfeeding courses, and facilitate workshops on baby communication and baby sign language.
I also volunteer at a community clinic for women.
And most importantly, I’m a mom to three sweet kids.

Hello!
I’m a certified lactation consultant and a member of the BWB team, where I lovingly support parents of sweet bottle-refusing babies.
About 14 years ago, when my first daughter, Mika, was born, I discovered the wonders (and challenges) of breastfeeding, and over the years, I turned it into my profession. Today, I help women prepare for breastfeeding during pregnancy, provide advice and support throughout all stages of breastfeeding – from birth to weaning – and guide parents through the changes that come with welcoming a baby into the family.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and have extensive experience in leading educational and therapeutic teams. And most importantly, I’m the proud mom of three wonderful children and enjoy raising them together with my partner, Aner.
